Szinyei Merse Ház, with 200 apartments, with a wide spectrum of properties located in downtown Budapest. The building and the street are both named after Pál Szinyei Merse, a renowned Hungarian painter who lived at the turn of the 20th century.
Marina Beach is the biggest project. 3,500 to 4,000 apartments were built here in the Foka Bay, and the project covers 300,000 square metres.
Gozsdu Udvar will helps revive an area in downtown Budapest that has been named a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Gozsdu Udvar is a unique "chain" of 7 buildings and 6 yards, stretching over 4,800 square metres between Király utca and Dob utca.There are 246 apartments in the area, including the houses in Holló utca, which form an inseparable part of the project in Gozsdu Udvar.
